The Recruitment Researcher will provide overall recruitment support to members of the UPMC Insurance Services Division Talent Acquisition team. They will be responsible for generating candidates for various positions throughout UPMC as well as creating a pipeline of passive candidates for high-need areas within the medical center. Additionally, they may help review applications, conduct phone interviews, attend recruitment events, and much more.

Responsibilities:
- Qualifying candidate calls and phone interviews.
- Candidate generation through online sourcing.
- Application review to support recruitment team.
- Assist in the development and execution of Talent Acquisition events.
- Assist with reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in addition to ad hoc reporting requests.
- Research professional associations, networking groups, websites, etc.
