The Professional Staff Nurse is a Registered Nurse who leads and delivers high-quality patient care. They are responsible and accountable for managing nursing care for patients and families using independent judgment, communication, and teamwork. This role involves leadership, collaboration with healthcare providers, and fostering strong partnerships to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The nurse also shows commitment to the nursing profession and the community.
