What You’ll Do
Join a collaborative, patient-focused team where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional preoperative care and setting the tone for a positive surgical experience.
Patient Care & Clinical Excellence
- Prepare patients for surgery in partnership with the Ambulatory Surgery Department
- Assist with pre-operative pain blocks and ensure patient readiness for procedures
- Deliver compassionate, relationship-based care that puts patients and families first
- Develop and implement individualized care plans using a holistic approach
- Use critical thinking to address clinical, safety, and emotional patient needs
- Communicate clearly with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation to support continuity of care
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives within the unit
- Identify opportunities to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and outcomes
- Incorporate evidence-based practice into daily care
- Contribute to multidisciplinary discussions to improve care delivery
Teamwork & Culture
- Work closely with surgical and ambulatory teams in a highly collaborative environment

Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday – Friday | 8-hour shifts (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM)
