Part-Time Outpatient Registered Nurse - Monroeville Pain Clinic
The Monroeville Pain Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced nursing professional to join our team as a Part-Time Professional Staff Nurse.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, three shifts per week, 7:30am-4:00pm, no nights, evenings or holidays
About the Position:
Provides and manages nursing care for patients and families, with accountability for care quality and outcomes.
Uses independent judgment, communication, and collaboration to coordinate patient care across the healthcare team.
Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, patients, and families to support continuity of care.
Establishes professional nursing standards and demonstrates commitment to the community and nursing profession.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives and applies evidence-based practice to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Educates and supports patients, families, students, and colleagues through effective teaching, mentorship, and continuous professional development.
- Assesses, triages, plans, coordinates, and documents patient care while promoting safety, quality, satisfaction, and a compassionate patient experience.
- Engages in shared governance, professional growth, change initiatives, and practice improvements to strengthen patient outcomes and the work environment.
- Builds positive professional relationships, promotes teamwork and accountability, supports workplace safety, and demonstrates flexibility and cultural awareness.
