As our Operational Correspondence Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our efforts to shape how we communicate with our members and providers. You’ll lead a talented team and work closely with internal partners and external vendors to develop and deliver impactful correspondence strategies that support retention, engagement, and regulatory compliance.
This is a hybrid position with a 2-3 day in-office commitment. Additional in office travel may be needed based on business needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead with purpose: Manage a team of Coordinators and Associate Strategists, guiding them in developing correspondence that aligns with our business goals and resonates with our audiences.
- Drive strategy: Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for engagement and ensure our communications support health plan products, programs, and services.
- Innovate and improve: Streamline processes, boost productivity, and enhance cost-efficiency across all correspondence initiatives.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor member and provider responses, analyze market trends, and provide strategic input to keep us competitive and relevant.
- Ensure compliance: Maintain alignment with federal and state regulations while managing vendor relationships to ensure quality and consistency.
- Champion clarity: Deliver communications that promote understanding and highlight the value we offer to members and providers.
