In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and support nursing staff across both our outpatient clinic and crisis residential unit. You’ll collaborate daily with a dynamic multidisciplinary team—including therapists, techs, and crisis workers—to ensure seamless, high‑quality patient care. Key Information:
- Must have a current RN license in good standing.
- Location: 1330 West 26th Street, Erie PA
- Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday, 8a-5p-with possible coverage for residential unit depending on department need. One hour lunch provided.

Responsibilities:
Drive quality improvement and compliance by identifying gaps, tracking performance, and using evidence‑based approaches to elevate care and patient experience.
Lead departmental direction by setting a shared vision, modeling excellence, developing staff, and supporting governance and change efforts.
Lead quality improvement and regulatory compliance by identifying gaps, monitoring performance, and applying evidence‑based strategies to enhance care quality and patient satisfaction.
Lead education and staff development by managing hiring and training processes, coordinating patient and family teaching, and supporting orientation, preceptorship, and continuous team growth.
Oversee daily practice operations by directing program and patient coordination, modeling clinical excellence, and optimizing workflows, resources, and staffing to meet care and operational needs.
Foster strong, culturally aware relationships by modeling accountability, healthy balance, safety awareness, and effective conflict resolution.
Support patient care and practice operations by partnering with the care team, adapting to change, and assisting with daily workflow and leadership tasks.
