Nurse Educator Home Health

UPMC Home Health is hiring a Nurse Educator to support the Home Health Education team in West Mifflin, Uniontown, Hermitage, Seven Fields, Venango, and Erie. This is a full-time position, working 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. This position is based in Seven Fields, PA, but requires travel less than 25% to the various offices.

The Education Department is a small group of educators that has a large footprint between Home Healthcare and Hospice. Educators have the opportunity to obtain certifications in areas like OASIS, wound care, and ostomy care. The Education Department works collaboratively with systemwide resources to provide the best orientation and experiences for our staff.

Responsibilities:
