Great Lakes Physician Practice is a group of Board-Certified Providers and Advanced Practice Providers providing care for the residents of several beautiful lakefront communities. Our network includes the primary care doctors, surgeons, and specialists. Great Lakes Physician Practice doctors not only work closely together, but also with area hospitals, to ensure seamless health care for their patients.
This practice provides the opportunity to be the consummate physician and practice the wide variety of medicine for which you were trained. Ours is a busy practice located in Western New York. Our cardiology practice has locations in Fredonia, Silver Creek, and Jamestown, NY.
- Non-invasive cardiologist to join full service cardiology group of three full-time cardiologists. Nuclear, echocardiography, and vascular certified programs. Services include stress echo, 3D echo and TEE. Office and diagnostic center located near the hospital. The ideal physician is a cardiology fellowship-trained board certified/board eligible.
