The 4A Inpatient Physical Rehabilitation Unit at UPMC St. Margaret is looking to hire a full time Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) OR Senior level LPN to join our team! Title and salary will be based upon experience.

Graduate LPNs with no experience and LPNs with past experience are welcome to apply!

This position is eligible for a generous Sign-On Bonus!

• $12,500 with a 2-year commitment for experienced LPNs with more than 1 year of experience
• $10,000 with a 2-year commitment for Graduate Practical Nurses with less than 1 year of experience

UPMC St. Margaret, a four-time ANCC Magnet Designated hospital in Aspinwall, PA, northeast of Pittsburgh, is a community hospital that values its exceptional team. The 4A Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility is a 28-bed unit within an acute care hospital, offering comprehensive and intensive rehabilitation services. Patients must tolerate 3 hours of daily rehabilitation, including physical medicine, rehabilitation nursing, PT/OT, SLP, orthotics, respiratory, case management, social services, and nutritional services. Conditions treated include stroke, orthopedics, arthritis, neurological disorders, and general debilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Function as a member of the health-care team, exercising sound nursing judgment.
• Participate in planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care using focused assessment.
