Somerset Health Services is excited to welcome a compassionate and detail‑oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to our Somerset Allergy Clinic. What You’ll Do
As a key member of our allergy care team, you will:
- Administer allergy injections to approximately 80 patients per day and address patient questions with confidence and care
- Receive and respond to calls from outside offices regarding dose adjustments
- Perform allergy skin testing for patients of all ages, interpret results, and communicate findings to patients or guardians
- Mix allergy serums for patients following compliance completion
- Administer Xolair injections per physician orders on a 14–28‑day schedule
- Document all clinical activities, interventions, medications, and patient responses accurately in the medical record
- Provide patient education and reinforce physician instructions to promote wellness
- Maintain strict confidentiality of medical records and sensitive patient information
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, PA Department of Health, and other regulatory standards
- Follow all Somerset Health Services policies and procedures
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and compassionate outpatient environment
