What You’ll Do:
- Take charge during nights, rotating weekends, or when leadership is off-site
- Supervise day-to-day workflow, train new staff, and ensure compliance with critical safety and infection control protocols
- Scrub, sterilize, assemble, and troubleshoot instrumentation and surgical trays
- Serve as the go-to liaison between the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) and the OR
- Drive performance improvement projects and mentor team members
- Participate in committees, lead professional development, and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Champion teamwork, belonging, and a positive, respectful work environment
