Responsibilities:
- Support strategy and activation planning for email, SMS, and push campaigns within SFMC.
- Build and validate complex audience segments using customer, behavioral, demographic, and engagement data.
- Plan and run A/B tests; interpret results and recommend next-step adjustments to copy, cadence, or targeting.
- Coordinate review/approvals with service-line partners; ensure adherence to governance and naming conventions.
- Validate audience logic, segmentation requirements, campaign tracking, and measurement methodologies.
- Create operational dashboards or reports with analytics partners to monitor performance against goals.
- Identify opportunities for personalization, lifecycle marketing, and audience growth strategies.
