We are seeking a skilled and motivated Diagnostic Technologist – Advanced (Adv) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a Monday through Friday daylight schedule, allowing for excellent work-life balance with no evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Performs or assists Clinical Specialist in performing QA, regulatory testing, and other technical and research initiatives.
- Performs all job responsibilities of Diagnostic Tech I.
- Demonstrates competency of specialty equipment (O.R., Fluoro Procedures, etc.) and analyzes data promptly. Performs electrocardiograms and lab draw functions if applicable.
- Monitors quality control activities and demonstrates advanced level of knowledge in Diagnostic Imaging by providing patient care as defined by the most up to day protocols and procedures.
- Demonstrates the ability to function independently, and is able to cover off shifts, on-call responsibilities, and perform services at satellite facilities, where applicable, while continually communicating with lead and management team.
- Participates in standardization activities with system-level workgroups.
- Works directly with Radiologists regarding protocol development.
- Assist with the training of staff and student technologists.
