Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans under the guidance of a program manager or supervisor.

Assist with care coordination to ensure clients and families receive high-quality, comprehensive services.

Facilitate referrals for additional clinical services during treatment and at discharge.

Provide individual and family therapy in community, inpatient, and/or outpatient settings.

Monitor and evaluate behavior plans post-implementation to determine effectiveness and update as needed.

Provide clinical supervision to assigned staff through individual, group, and on-site sessions, including participation in treatment team meetings.

Apply behavior support techniques to develop and implement individualized behavior plans with fidelity.

Deliver direct care services to assigned clients.

Collaborate and coordinate with other service providers to ensure integrated care.

Utilize structured clinical assessment tools to evaluate psychiatric symptoms, family functioning, and academic achievement, and effectively communicate results and recommendations.

Participate in interagency team meetings and support the resolution of issues related to service delivery.

Attend and engage in ongoing training to maintain and enhance service provision skills
