Provides day-to-day oversight to Bailey House & Bailey House Annex located at 119 & 121 Washington Streets, Harrisburg, PA. Monitors activities and supports guests. Reports back to Pinnacle Health Auxiliary Bailey House Committee Chair(s) and UPMC Pinnacle Foundation Vice President of Operations.

Purpose:
Provides day-to-day oversight to Bailey House & Bailey House Annex located at 119 & 121 Washington Streets, Harrisburg, PA. Monitors activities and supports guests. Reports back to Pinnacle Health Auxiliary Bailey House Committee Chair(s) and UPMC Pinnacle Foundation Vice President of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervises the day-to-day operation of Bailey House.
- Oversee all guest services, including check in/check out, orientation, and concierge support; serve as a knowledgeable and welcoming host for guests.
- Manage administrative and financial duties related to daily operations, including tracking guest census, preparing donation and fund balance reports for the Bailey House Committee, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Oversee procurement and inventory of supplies for the house.
- Coordinate with the contracted cleaning service to ensure all cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met.
- Address routine facility needs, including submitting maintenance work orders, coordinating repairs, and handling tasks such as weekly trash removal.
- Perform light cleaning and organizational tasks to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Assist with the development and execution of Bailey House's annual marketing plan.
- Actively identify and participate in community engagement opportunities to promote Bailey House and strengthen community relationships.
- Performs additional duties as requested by the Pinnacle Health Auxiliary or deemed as operationally required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in hospitality, guest services, administrative support, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 10 lbs., standing/walking, carrying supplies).
