What you will do
- Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Utilize diagnostic tools and data analysis techniques to monitor equipment health and identify potential issues early
- Analyze failure modes and support root cause investigations, implementing corrective actions to improve performance
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to develop and execute reliability improvement plans
- Document and report maintenance activities and equipment performance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards
- Maintain inventory of essential spare parts and tools, supporting efficient maintenance operations
- Participate in safety and risk assessments, promoting a culture of safety and adherence to best practices
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies, sharing knowledge and mentoring team members to foster continuous improvement
Who you are
- You have a certification in Reliability Engineering or Maintenance Management, or equivalent credentials
- You have an associate degree or technical diploma in engineering technology, mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field
- You have 2–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or reliability engineering, ideally within a relevant industry sector
- You are proficient in using CMMS systems and diagnostic tools, with a solid understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
- You are knowledgeable about industry standards and best practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement
- You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration across teams
- You are detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong documentation skills and a methodical approach to work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00 - $39.25 per hour
