• Take Full Ownership of Procurement: Manage the procurement process from the moment drawings and specifications are received until materials are on-site and closeout documentation is complete. This includes preparing submittals, tracking approvals, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining an accurate procurement log.
• Drive Project Success: Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) and Superintendent to ensure every project you support is delivered successfully. Treat each project as your own from start to finish.
• Stay Organized & On Top of Details: Maintain a constantly updated to-do list, organize emails and logs, and keep action items moving so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Support Mechanical, Piping & Plumbing Projects: Review submittals, order materials, and coordinate installation timelines while deepening your knowledge of mechanical, piping, and plumbing systems.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
