What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coating Machine Operator - Rotating Shift position at UPM Adhesive Materials?
What you will do
- Operate coating equipment safely to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications
- Work across production areas and build skills through cross-training
- Monitor product quality and communicate safety or process concerns promptly
- Support continuous improvement and effective shift handovers
- Safely move materials and operate forklifts and reel movers as needed
Working schedule: Full-time position working 12-hour rotating shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

- You have a strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures
- You are comfortable using computers and digital systems for data entry and reporting
- You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with different teams open to cross-training and continuously improvement

The position holder reports directly to a Coating Supervisor at our Mills River Factory.
