What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse Float Position position at UpliftedCare?
Seeking a dedicated, experienced, registered nurse with excellent assessment, critical-thinking and communication skills. Must be able to advocate for patients and their goals, make decisions independently, yet work on a team. If you have these qualities and are passionate about helping people make the most of life during precious final months, you can expand your nursing skills and experience with a mission-focused hospice. Minimum of one to two years experience as RN, current IL license, community home health or hospice experience preferred.
In this position may choose a work week of 4 - 10 hour days per week with rotating weekends (typically every 4th to 5th weekend) and hours from 10am - 8:30 pm or a work week of 5 - 8 hour days per week with rotating weekends and hours of 12pm - 8:30pm.
This position will also occasionally fill in for on-call nights as needed. More information on this will be thoroughly explained during an interview.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
