Dispensary Agent Part Time

Position Overview

Dispensary Agents provide guidance and education to each patient with medical marijuana needs. Agents assist every patient to sell medication that may best benefit the patient’s specific illness and medical condition. This part-time opportunity is for our new Miamitown location.

Major Areas of Responsibility include:

• Provide patients with educational information for product selection.
• Ensures all intake forms and other paperwork is properly completed and filed correctly, then enters all appropriate information for future reference.
• Confirms patient purchase limits prior to admission into the consultation area.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations.
• Respond to calls or emails from customers requesting product, training, and general information.
• Management of patient records using an MMJ database
• Maintenance and update of databases as needed.
• Fulfillment of customer orders.
• Build and maintain a high level of integrity and trust for specific products

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Knowledge of medical marijuana products related to qualifying medical conditions.
• Two years of direct customer service experience required.
• Retail experience
• Understanding of and experience with Windows Operating System, Microsoft Outlook

Experience and Education:

High School Diploma is required.

Background Check:

As a condition of employment, all employees are required to submit to a FBI/BCI background check. Employment decisions, in compliance with state law, were based on an employee’s background report at the time of hire. Employees have a duty to report any changes in their background to their manager as soon as the employee is aware of the event. In compliance with the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Program all employees of the Company who encounter or handle medical marijuana, including medical marijuana products, shall be subject to a fingerprinting process as part of a criminal history background check in compliance with the procedures established by Division of Criminal Justice Services.
