Our comprehensive UPLIFT office furniture line offers everything needed for a complete office setup, all designed to optimize comfort, health, and productivity.
Our in-house Product Development team specializes in creating high-quality ergonomic furniture, while our Content team ensures our ecommerce website offers extensive configuration options tailored to individual customer needs.
Efficiency is key: our Order Processing and Warehouse teams work diligently to maintain inventory and ship orders the same day. Customers benefit from award-winning support provided by our Sales, Customer Service, and Warranty teams, backed by the industry-leading 15-year warranty.
For larger scale projects, our Interior Design and Contract Sales teams specialize in commercial building layouts, serving a wide range of clients including many Fortune 500 companies.

What You'll Bring
- 2 years of NetSuite experience a must (please do not apply without NetSuite experience)
- 2 years of Accounting experience
- A complete and comprehensive understanding of GAAP accounting practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication, time management skills, and attention to detail required
- Strong background in A/R and Collections
- Some college or college degree
- Familiarity and experience with sales tax a plus
- Experience with Google mail, Google Chat, Google Meets, Google docs / sheets a plus
- Ability to multi-task with a wide variety of customer needs
- Good under pressure
- High volume A/R and A/P
- Verifying claims and processing refunds
- Purchase order verification
- Assist with customer credit application setup
- Collect and maintain sales tax exemption certificates
- Deposits and post daily bank activity
- Billing and collections
- Process high volume invoices
- Supporting staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks
