We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active throughout the day, and creating positive customer experiences. As a Sales Enrollment Representative, you'll work directly with customers to introduce Verizon wireless services and support customers through the enrollment process from start to finish.
As a Sales Enrollment Representative, you'll build relationships, guide customers through wireless plan comparisons, and provide support throughout enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account updates all while representing our company’s mission of stronger connections for homes and businesses.
What You'll Do as a Sales Enrollment Representative
- Introduce to potential customers in-person Verizon wireless services and promotions
- Help customers compare wireless plans, pricing, and account features
- Support customer enrollments, activations, wireless upgrades, and account updates
- Provide professional customer support throughout the account enrollment cycle.
- Build strong customer relationships through communication and consistent support
- Maintain accurate enrollment documentation and customer account records
- Answer customer questions about wireless services, billing, and available promotions
- Support customer acquisition, account growth, and daily sales enrollment goals
- Represent Verizon wireless services professionally during every customer interaction
