In the role of Paralegal Client Success Advisor at Uplevel Entrepreneur, you will take on a crucial responsibility in walking our clients through our program and services and nurturing one-on-one engagement. Your contribution will be instrumental in leveraging the best possible service and experience to our clients. We focus on helping business owners in the US accomplish the highest level of Asset Protection and Tax Strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Become a "Paralegal Client Success Advisor," guiding clients through our Business Restructuring and Tax Strategy processes.
* Review and organize client documents in our CRM - TaxDome.
* Track client success and progress within our program.
* Take notes for client meetings to keep the team informed.
* Manage client onboarding processes.
* Collaborate with in-house and outside counsel for legal document drafting and execution.
* Communicate with clients weekly.
* Debrief the team on client situations every two weeks.
Qualifications:
* Background in managing documents for clients.
* Proficient in English.
* Strong understanding of professional communication with high-profile individuals.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients.
* Experience with software like Zoom, TaxDome (not required), Loom, G-Mail, Slack, and Miro.
* Excellent attention to detail in spelling, document review, and data sharing.
* Strong communication skills for remote team collaboration.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in client management and administration.
