Requirements / Qualifications
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a School Nurse Services credential • Possession of, or ability to obtain within six (6) months of employment, an audiometry credential
IN-HOUSE CANDIDATES must include the documents listed in order to be considered for the position of District Nurse. Letter of Introduction Resume Valid Registered Nurse License issued by the State of California CPR/First Aid Certification OUTSIDE CANDIDATES must include the documents listed below in order to be considered for the position of District Nurse.
- Copy of Transcript (Baccalaureate or higher degree)
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Driver's License Copy
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (must submit three (3) current letters written within the last twelve (12) months)
- Other (valid Registered Nurse license issued by the State of California or valid California School Nurse Services credential required)
- Resume
