Position Title: Information Systems Specialist
Location: Upland Hills Health - Dodgeville Hospital Campus
Role & Department: Information Systems Specialist in the Information Systems Department
Hours & Shift: Full-time (1.0 FTE) day shift position, Monday through Friday
Role Responsibilities:
- The IT Specialist must have thorough knowledge of Windows Desktop and Server OS, networking, security protocols, and hardware installation and maintenance
- The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to details
- Duties will require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve problems
- Excellent customer service skills are required
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a minimum of an Associate degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a closely related field
- Previous direct work-related experience is preferred but not required in this field
