Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Assist veterinarians during exams, surgeries, and other procedures
- Perform in-house diagnostics (e.g., urinalysis, bloodwork)
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments under DVM supervision
- Take and process digital radiographs
- Provide nursing care to hospitalized patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Educate clients on home care and medication administration
- Handle patients with care, compassion, and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology or related field
- Current RVT license in CA (required)
- Proficiency in veterinary nursing skills, including anesthesia and dentistry
- Familiarity with radiology, lab procedures, and dental terminology
- Comfortable working with restraint and handling of animals
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
