We are seeking a dedicated Airbnb Cleaner to ensure our rental properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent cleaning skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all linens are laundered and properly stored
- Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and kitchen essentials to meet guest needs
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to property management promptly
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly after use
- Adhere to check-in/check-out schedules to prepare properties efficiently for incoming guests
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is a must!
- Skills in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices
- Experience with laundry services and managing linens efficiently
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning or custodial experience is advantageous
- Familiarity with housekeeper management or hospitality service standards is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
