About the Role
Upgryd is hiring a dependable, professional, and physically strong Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver. In this role, you'll handle both warehouse operations and material deliveries for residential outdoor construction projects. You'll be responsible for pulling and prepping material orders, operating equipment, delivering to job sites, and assisting with field tasks such as footing installation.
This is a hands-on role for someone with experience driving larger trucks, who is tech-savvy, bilingual, and eager to grow within a modern, fast-paced construction company. We're looking for someone we can train into the role long-term.
Responsibilities
- Pull and organize material orders (lumber, fasteners, railing, etc.) based on project specifications
- Palletize and prepare materials for delivery
- Operate forklift to load/unload materials
- Deliver materials and dumpsters using a 24-ft flatbed truck (non-CDL required)
- Drop off and retrieve dumpsters from job sites; empty full dumpsters at appropriate facilities
- Assist with installing helical footings using compact equipment (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and occasionally with customers
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Tech savvy — able to use iPhone, iPad, and digital apps naturally
- Strong and physically capable of lifting heavy materials
- Clean-cut, professional appearance (short hair, no facial hair)
- Well spoken and courteous with strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and focused on quality work
- Able to read a tape measure and learn job specifications quickly
- Experience driving larger trucks (box trucks, flatbeds, etc.)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Forklift operation experience required (certification preferred)
- Willing to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed, starting between 6:00 and 7:00 AM daily
