With decades of technical expertise and a nationwide engineering and manufacturing network, it helps partners improve product reliability, reduce risk, and maintain the highest quality standards.Role OverviewThe Senior Quality Engineer Analyst will lead manufacturing and supplier quality efforts, driving root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and compliance. This hands-on, strategic role strengthens quality systems, supports cross-functional teams, and helps ensure consistent, high-performance products.Core ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO, AS, and IATF standardsLead internal, customer, and supplier audits and ensure timely closure of findingsDrive advanced root cause analysis, CAPA processes, and FMEA to achieve measurable resultsLead supplier quality improvement programs, incoming inspections, and long-term corrective actionsOversee AS9102 First Article Inspections, PPAPs, and customer-specific quality deliverablesDevelop and present dashboards, KPIs, and risk assessments to executive leadership and customersDirect Lean and Six Sigma projects targeting yield improvements, cost-of-quality reduction, and defect preventionMentor and train cross-functional teams to embed a culture of quality and continuous improvementPartner with engineering and operations to align quality with new product introduction (NPI), DFM/DFT, and lifecycle requirementsSupport facility safety programs and ensure alignment between safety and quality systemsRequired BackgroundBachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degree preferred7 to 10 years of progressive quality engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial componentsStrong foundation in inspection and compliance: GD&T, tolerances, QA/QC inspections, and quality reportingProven track record of leading defect reduction initiatives and supplier quality programs with measurable ROIAdvanced knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and IATF 16949 standards and compliance frameworksProficiency in Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, PPAP, and advanced quality tools; Six Sigma Black Belt or ASQ CQE/CQA strongly preferredExperience leading supplier development and managing global sourcing qualityProficiency in statistical software such as Minitab, JMP, or equivalentDemonstrated ability to present to senior leadership and customers on quality performanceCareer stability and long-term commitment to organizational impactDirect experience in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or automotive Tier 1/Tier 2 supply chainsLeadership in new product introduction (NPI) with design-for-manufacturability/testing integrationHistory of delivering double-digit reductions in defects and measurable improvements in supplier performanceRecognized quality certifications (ASQ CQE, CQA, or CMQ/OE)Compensation & PerksCompetitive salary plus performance-based incentivesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsCompany-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance401(k) retirement plan with employer contributionsPaid time off and company holidays starting upon hireEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Cell phone allowance or company-provided phoneCareer growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company
