Role Overview:
As a Branch Sales Leader, you will spearhead local branch efforts to increase market share, foster lasting client relationships, and optimize recruiting output in the industrial staffing sector. This hybrid role merges outside B2B sales with branch operations and team management. You’ll play a key role in increasing profitability, growing the client base, and leading recruiters to success in placing temp-to-perm candidates.
Core Responsibilities:
• Generate new business through outbound sales strategies such as prospecting, networking, and in-person client visits.
• Strengthen partnerships with current accounts by delivering value and introducing additional service offerings.
• Lead, coach, and empower a team of staffing professionals to hit placement and retention goals.
• Supervise the entire recruitment process for temporary and temp-to-hire positions in the industrial sector.
• Design and implement sales initiatives to break into new market segments and increase revenue.
• Stay informed on local market activity and competitor services to maintain a strategic advantage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Achieve and surpass monthly revenue and gross margin goals.
Required Background:
• 2–3 years of field sales experience with a solid history of surpassing performance metrics.
• Must have: Prior experience working in a staffing firm, preferably with temp-to-hire emphasis.
• Nice to have: Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive selling style.
• Experienced in outbound sales tactics including cold calling and client engagement presentations.
• Well-organized and adept at managing multiple priorities, including sales territories and personnel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
