This is a contract, on-site role for an Insurance Agent based in Los Angeles, CA. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying customer needs, advising on suitable insurance policies, and facilitating the sales process. Day-to-day tasks include generating quotes, processing insurance applications, providing exceptional customer service, and liaising with insurance carriers. Additionally, the role involves educating clients about policies and ensuring their insurance needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Proven experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Background in Finance with the ability to assess and advise on financial protection needs
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness and client satisfaction
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- State Insurance Producer License (or the ability to obtain one) is required
- Familiarity with relevant insurance software systems is a plus
- Problem-solving skills to address client inquiries clearly and efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in insurance are an advantage
