- Participates in process improvement activities to optimize quality and output
- Assist in providing adequate and timely coaching, mentoring, direction, training, and support to material handlers
- Drives effective and timely communication to all assigned shift personnel on machine issues, maintenance, tooling, and production as required
- Provides and delivers adequate and effective performance feedback as appropriate (annual performance appraisals, on-the-job coaching, and “90-day review”)
- Ensures that all aspects of the Quality Policy and Objectives are understood and enacted.
- Maintains Win Control system for cycle sheets
- Follows safety requirements as outlined in the safety manual.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Machinery, equipment, and tools. RJG and Paulson training is highly desired for this role. | | | Mathematical Skills | At minimum, can add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. | | | Training Requirements | Forklift Certification; Safety and Quality training; Hazard Materials Training | | | Physical Requirements | Medium Work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. | | | Visual Acuity | The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as; preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and or operation or machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distance close to the eyes. | | | Work Conditions | The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change. |
