Presently hiring for second and third shift residential care aides. Requirements include: assisting the elderly in activities of daily living; bathing, dressing, medications, oral care etc. We are looking for applicants that understand the need for strong work ethics; including reliability, maturity, and empathizing with the elderly and understanding their needs, but most importantly, treating the residents' with dignity and respect at all times.
We are looking for honest, trustworthy employees; that are dressed appropriately and ready to begin work at their designated times. Employees must be able to work together, and understand the importance of regular attendance as scheduled, as well as willingness to help out extra shifts when needed.
