Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation and repair of piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems in commercial properties
- Learn to read and accurately interpret plumbing blueprints, schematics, and building codes to understand project layouts and specifications.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as all relevant local, state, and federal safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites
- Learn to use plumbing tools and equipment correctly and efficiently
- Attend training sessions and complete any required apprenticeship coursework
- Must have a Texas Plumbing Apprentice card
- At least 2 years of commercial plumbing experience
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plumbing skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various positions (climbing, kneeling, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
