Fixed Assets Administrator
JOB PURPOSE: Computes, classifies, records, and verifies numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records by performing the following duties. Process company asset invoices in an accurate and timely manner. Provide premier customer service to the field employees, fellow coworkers and vendors.

Fixed Assets Administrator
JOB PURPOSE: Computes, classifies, records, and verifies numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records by performing the following duties. Process company asset invoices in an accurate and timely manner. Provide premier customer service to the field employees, fellow coworkers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares vendor payments
- Sets up, transfers and disposes assets in Lawson Accounting Software
- Researches and verifies statements, past-due invoices and obtains approval for payment
- Assists in monthly financial statement reviews (P&L's) and completes account reconciliations
- Miscellaneous projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance (recent grads welcomed)
- Minimum 1 year previous experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Friendly with outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
