Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the export process, including documentation and compliance with international shipping regulations.
- Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient loading and shipping of goods..
- Utilize shipping management systems to track shipments and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding shipping schedules and requirements.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
- Knowledge of booking and exporting shipping containers including the documentation requirements, customs, container trucking, AES and House and original bills of lading.
