We are seeking a hands-on and highly organized Fulfillment Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our shipping and receiving, maintaining inventory systems, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn new technical skills—including equipment repair and basic tech support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks
- Operate reach trucks and other equipment to move products throughout the warehouse
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment
- Package, label, and handle materials with care and attention to detail
- Keep warehouse and work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Use inventory management software to track stock levels and shipments
- Handle administrative tasks such as shipment documentation and reports
- Communicate and coordinate with our headquarters team in China as needed
- Learn and support basic equipment repair and technical troubleshooting
- Assist with customer tech support and product knowledge as training is provided
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Experience using inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse machinery
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with administrative tasks and computer systems
- Interest and aptitude in learning technical product support and repair
- Chinese language skills (中文普通话) strongly preferred
- A positive attitude and team-first mentality
