  • Full SDLC and multi-wave deployment experience
  • Experience with enterprise deployments (10,000 employees), preferably in automotive/manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of US and Canadian labor regulations
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration (HR, IT, Operations, Finance)

Nice to Have:

  • Automotive manufacturing background
  • Experience with union and non-union workforce operations
  • Exposure to complex shift schedules and workforce analytics
