Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 4 years of experience leading Agile teams and facilitating Scrum processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Agile best practices, removing team impediments, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality products. Insurance industry experience is a plus.
Required Skills:
4 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile events
Ability to coach and mentor cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Insurance domain experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Guide teams in Agile principles, practices, and continuous improvement
Remove obstacles and resolve issues impacting team productivity
Foster self-organization, accountability, and collaboration within teams
Ensure Agile ceremonies are productive and aligned with Sprint goals
Work closely with stakeholders to support successful project delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile environments with multiple Scrum teams
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of insurance business processes is a plus
