- Conduct consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products based on their needs
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by adhering to all safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Use salon management software such as Booksy to schedule appointments, track client history, and manage retail sales efficiently

- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive experience while fostering long-term relationships
Skills
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling, coloring, extensions, weave and braiding styles
- Expertise in hair care techniques including barbering skills like straight razor shaves
- Deep understanding of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Excellent communication skills for client consultation
- Must have well established Clientele!
