- Perform thorough cleaning of interior and exterior windows on commercial and residential properties using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts to access high or hard-to-reach windows safely and efficiently.
- Conduct janitorial and custodial tasks, including wiping down surfaces, removing debris, and ensuring overall cleanliness of work areas.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, especially when working at heights or with equipment like lifts, to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain all cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts and other height-access equipment safely and confidently.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, including window-specific methods for streak-free results.
- Physical stamina to stand, climb, reach, and work at heights for extended periods.
