About Up The Gutter:

What We Are Looking For:
We are hiring reliable, hardworking team members for Gutter Cleaning, Maintenance, and Seamless Gutter Installation. No prior installation experience is necessary for entry-level cleaning roles—we will fully train candidates who are dependable and comfortable working outdoors at heights!
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely clean, scoop, and flush residential and commercial gutter systems.
- Perform basic gutter repairs, seal seams, and install gutter protection/guards.
- Assist Lead Installers with measuring, operating seamless machines, and fitting gutters.
- Maintain clean, safe job sites and represent Up The Gutter professionally to homeowners.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Comfortable with Heights: Willing and able to work safely on extension ladders up to 30 feet.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required to operate work vehicles and travel across our South Shore service area.
- Reliable & Punctual: Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a team-first attitude.
Pay & Benefits:
- $25.00 – $31.00 / hour (Based on experience)
