UP Talent Group is partnering directly with the VP of Operations at a fast-growing 3PL company to identify a few excellent Fulfillment Center Operations Managers for their warehouses in Hudson County, New Jersey, and Bucks County, PA.
The company has multiple locations across the US and Canada and has an outstanding leadership team. The company has been partnering with major premium brands, and its mission is to redefine the next-gen 3PL space by providing exceptional customer service.

As a Fulfillment Center Operations Manager, you will:
- Report directly to the Senior Operations Manager
- Ensure operational excellence across multiple clients, delivering high service levels, and driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in day-to-day fulfillment activities.
- Thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, effectively leading teams, solving problems in real time, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of all fulfillment activities.
- Oversee end-to-end fulfillment operations, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping across multiple client accounts
- Ensure all client SLAs and KPIs are consistently met, including order accuracy, on-time shipping, and inventory integrity
- Act as the primary point of contact for client operational needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness
- Lead and develop warehouse teams, including supervisors and associates, fostering a performance-driven culture
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase throughput
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions
- Manage labor planning, staffing, and scheduling to align with volume fluctuations and client demands
- Ensure inventory control best practices, including cycle counts, reconciliations, and root cause analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Client Operations Management, IT, and Finance) to ensure seamless operations
- Support onboarding of new clients, including process design, layout, and system integration
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
What They Value in You:
- 5 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution operations, preferably within a 3PL environment
- Proven experience managing clients or business units simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and warehouse operational best practices
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams in a high-volume environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external clients
- Has flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays

- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Experience in B2B, Wholesale fulfillment (for the PA location)
