Overview
We are a growing, family-owned local service company looking for motivated individuals to help us expand our presence throughout the surrounding communities.

As a Local Marketing / Field Representative, you will serve as a direct connection between our company and the local community through relationship-building, outreach, and customer engagement. This role offers the opportunity to help drive business growth through face-to-face interaction, community presence, and strategic outreach efforts while working within a supportive, down-to-earth team environment.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct local outreach and community marketing efforts
  • Visit residential areas and connect with homeowners
  • Generate leads and build customer relationships
  • Educate potential customers on available services and solutions
  • Represent the company professionally within the community
  • Assist with growing brand awareness throughout surrounding areas
  • Work independently while remaining connected with the team

The focus of this role is not simply generating sales — it is building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping grow a trusted local business.

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements for contract-based work
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation preferred for local travel and community outreach activities
  • Access to a smartphone for communication, scheduling, and lead follow-up purposes
  • Ability to access the internet and use a computer or laptop for remote administrative tasks, training, and customer follow-up
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with a variety of people in a professional and positive manner
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Adaptable and comfortable working within a growing and evolving environment
  • Previous experience in sales, canvassing, customer service, marketing, networking, lead generation, or outreach-related roles is beneficial, but not required
  • Experience building customer relationships, conducting follow-up communication, or participating in community/business outreach activities is a plus
