Overview
Up North Plastics is currently seeking Production Leads at our Cottage Grove location on our night shift. As one of the largest film manufacturers in the world, Up North Plastics produces several lines of polyethylene products including retail trash bags, construction and agricultural films.
**$20.00-$22.00**
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- The ability to work a 12 hour shift schedule as assigned by management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The aptitude and desire to grow with an expanding company.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing field and/or plastics industry is a plus
- Previous experience in a supervisor or lead role.

Responsibilities
Production leads at Up North Plastics are responsible for supporting the management staff, training and developing subordinates, and assisting the supervisors. The individual in this role must have the ability to participate in a team environment. The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.
