Up Next Baseball LLC is a private baseball training business in Alexandria, VA. We are youthful, energetic, passionate about baseball and invested in our trainees. Our goal is to provide affordable, fun & impactful baseball lessons coached by experienced players..

Requirements: At least 2 years of Varsity baseball in high school & at least 2 years of high school travel baseball, College baseball experience not required but would be a strong bonus for us.

Description: Assistant trainer to the head trainer for private baseball instruction to players aged 4-75 years old. This includes hitting, pitching, catching, fielding, throwing, etc. Expertise not required in any of these areas as you will be trained on how we operate by our head trainer. Opportunity for long term full time employment.

Schedule: We are open 9am-8pm weekdays with a two hour lunch break. Weekends 9am-1pm. Usually lessons will go from 3pm-8pm during the school year as kids are in school.

Potential for 7 day workweeks, ranging from 25-40 hours a week.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

2. Are you good with kids? What is your experience, if any, dealing with kids under 12? What about high school kids?

3. Can you be energetic throughout the day while being on your feet?

4. Are you willing to learn and implement our training methods, even if they go against your existing knowledge?

5. Are you able to work 3-5 hours on Saturdays / Sundays in addition to 5 hours Monday - Friday?

6. What is the highest level of baseball you played during your career? (High school Varsity, High School showcase, College, Pro, etc.)
