We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our team in Groton, CT. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential. Responsibilities:
- Respond to leads promptly and professionally
- Schedule and conduct property tours
- Guide prospective tenants through the application and leasing process
- Maintain accurate records of showings, applications, and leases signed
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth move-ins
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Previous leasing, sales, or real estate experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation for property showings
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
Compensation:
- $500 commission per unit rented
- No cap on earnings – rent as many units as you can and maximize your income
