Experienced Tractor & Equipment Technician – UP Kubota
UP Kubota is seeking an experienced Tractor & Equipment Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled mechanic with proven experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural and heavy equipment. This is not an entry-level position.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair Kubota tractors and equipment
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and major mechanical repairs
- Repair hydraulic, electrical, diesel engine, drivetrain, and PTO systems
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate repair needs and recommendations with service management
Preferred Experience:
- Tractor and agricultural equipment repair
- Diesel engine diagnostics and repair
- Hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting
- Experience with ranch, farm, landscaping, construction, or heavy equipment is a strong plus
- Manufacturer certification or dealership experience preferred
