What You'll Own as Culinary Manager
- Championing our Vision, Values, and culture through everything that leaves your kitchen
- Daily product ordering, inventory, and receiving — built on accurate pars, business levels, and the budget
- Recipe costing, theoretical and daily food costing, and troubleshooting COGS before it becomes a problem
- BOH scheduling that matches business levels and the budget
- Leading the full hiring process for your culinary team — recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training
- Health department compliance, never dropping below a 97 and pushing every location toward 100
- Menu execution to spec, plus support on recipe and pricing development
- Coaching and mentoring chefs and cooks daily — building leaders, not just line cooks
- Partnering with your Executive Chef and Managing Partners on what's next for the brand
- Collaborating across Beverage, Events, Accounting, and Marketing to keep every department aligned
- Building trust and accountability on your team, and modeling the standard you expect from them
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of restaurant/BOH management experience, or a strong chef ready to lead
- Comfort with costing, budgets, and reading the numbers behind the menu OR the hunger to learn and apply quickly
- Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain — renewals/updates covered by the company)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required
