Echo Sonographer

Varied Shifts, (8, 10, 12 hr/shifts)

No weekends, no on-call requirements

• Perform noninvasive diagnostic cardiovascular studies, as well as the clerical duties associated with the procedures.

• Receives patients, explains method of procedure and makes sure patients are comfortable

• Provides patient services to all ages using imaging modalities

• Maintains equipment and supplies and organizes work areas

• Keeps accurate records, helps with scheduling of the ultrasound and keeps patient flow smooth

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Echocardiography Course with a preceptorship in 2D and M-Mode, Color Doppler and color flow studies required

• Registry eligible
